Ultra-high performance from a portable, two-way, full-range speaker system in a compact package. This cosmetically elegant and durable trapezoidal enclosure is made of high-impact polypropylene with a metal grille. The system is comprised of a 10″ long-throw, heavy-duty woofer with a special suspension to provide excellent excursion capability. A 14XT™ compression driver with a 1.4″ titanium diaphragm is coupled to an extremely smooth constant directivity horn with Sound Guard™ II high frequency driver protection. Input connections are made via two 1/4″ phone jacks connected in parallel for daisy-chaining. The Impulse® 100 provides extremely smooth frequency response and clarity in the midrange that is superlative. The cabinet features a handle, molded-in speaker stand adapter in addition to top and bottom mounting points for flying.
