The CPL-12CM+ is a compact, passive two-way coaxial stage monitor designed to deliver powerful, clear, and dynamic sound for onstage monitoring applications.
The CPL-12CM+ is suitable for both portable live sound applications and permanent installations. Its low-profile design makes it well suited for stage monitoring and sound reinforcement in live music venues, houses of worship, clubs, theaters, educational facilities, and other applications requiring high-quality audio monitoring.
The CPL-12CM+ features a premium 12-inch woofer with a 3-inch voice coil, combined with a coaxially mounted 1.4-inch neodymium compression driver designed to provide smooth frequency response and clear, detailed mid- and high-frequency reproduction. The coaxial configuration provides a nominal 90° horizontal × 90° vertical coverage pattern, delivering wide and controlled coverage.
An advanced internal crossover network provides frequency division, equalization, and driver protection. The loudspeaker has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, allowing multiple loudspeakers to be connected where system and amplifier requirements permit. Full-range or bi-amp operation can be selected using the switch located on the input panel. Connections are provided via three parallel 4-pin twist-lock connectors, allowing convenient signal loop-through to additional loudspeakers.
The CPL-12CM+ features a durable, low-profile enclosure constructed from 15 mm prime-grade plywood, providing excellent mechanical strength while helping to minimize unwanted enclosure resonance. A heavy-duty steel grille backed with acoustically transparent fabric provides additional protection for the internal components.
