Architect's & Engineer's Specifications

The unit shall be a portable PA system that integrates a powered subwoofer and two column array loudspeakers with a built-in digital mixer. The digital mixer section shall have a total of eight (8) channels, providing four mono inputs switchable between microphone, Hi-Z or line signal, and two stereo line channel. All channels shall have a level control. Channels 1 to 4 shall have reverb level controls. Advanced control shall be via a push to select knob and an onboard LCD screen or via Bluetooth remote control using a custom iOS application. Both shall provide features such as EQ and effects, where the app shall allow switching to professional mode with complete control. Balanced XLR/TRS combo connectors shall be provided for input to mono channels 1 to 4. Two (2) unbalanced phone jack inputs shall be provided to the stereo input channel 5/6. The stereo channel 7/8 shall provide a 3.5mm jack input and Bluetooth connectivity so that stereo input can be received from compatible devices via Bluetooth. The master section of the mixer shall include a level control and a limit indicator LED. The main output shall be delivered via XLR connectors. The amplifier section shall be capable of delivering 1200 watts of maximum output power. The loudspeaker system shall comprise a bass-reflex subwoofer with a 12 inch cone transducer and two line array speakers each made up of six (6) 2.75 inch cone transducers. The loudspeakers shall meet the following performance criteria: Maximum SPL shall be 127 dB at 1 meter, frequency response shall be 35 Hz to 20 kHz at 10 dB below rated sensitivity, and nominal coverage angle shall be 120° horizontal and 30° vertical. The unit shall have an integrated power supply accepting AC mains voltages of 100-120 VAC, 50/60Hz or switchable to 220-240 VAC 50/60 Hz, 300W max via an earthed 3-pin IEC male connector mounted on the rear chassis. The overall system dimensions shall be no more than 81.89 inches (2080 mm) high by 13.75 inches (350 mm) wide by 19.7 inches (500 mm) deep. Total system weight shall be no more than 60.2 pounds (27.31 kg). The portable column array powered PA system shall be the Peavey LN 1263 or approved equivalent.
